1 kg of coffee beans is a whole bean coffee that can be used in any coffee maker regardless of whether it's a pump, manual or filter. A 227g bag usually makes 30 cups.
Organic
The sweet, mellow and nutty flavor of this coffee comes from its high-altitude residence within the Inca heartland. This Fairtrade Organic & Soil Association certified coffee is grown at 1,400 metres above sea level in the Chanchamayo province in Peru where Arabica Caturra, Typica and Pache varieties are grown to Washed Process standards without the use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides.
These organic and fair trade coffee beans are carefully selected at the slopes of the Andes then expertly roasted for full-bodied flavor. The nutty flavours mixed with gorgeous dark chocolate overtones will surely inspire you to get from bed in the morning, and the fact that it's a Fairtrade coffee ensures that the remote farmers who grow it are properly taken care of too.
